PowerStage™ is a high speed flexible pallet delivery system
designed to operate either independently or in conjunction with
a PowerStor™ system.
As the name implies, PowerStage™
is PAS's answer to automated
load staging. Controlled by PowerWCS™,
PowerStage™
stages outgoing shipments without
error and at incredible speeds.

Configuration Options:
- Side by Side Track Layout – a
track design on one level, close together or separated to
meet a customer layout requirements. (Example shown in animation
at top.)
- Over – Under Layout – a
track design for the most compact conditions where one track
is located vertically over the other track at any distance
to meet the layout requirements. Pallets are transfered to
levels via Vertical Shift Devices (VSD)
- Curved or Straight Track Layout – either
side by side or over-under track layouts can accommodate
curved or straight track layouts or a combination of both
Benefits:
- Simple Configuration Changes: Adding input – output
points; moving interface connections; or even expanding the
path can be done quickly so as not to impact your current
business operations
- Adding Capacity: Throughput capacity can be increased
by installing additional carts onto the track system. You
can grow the capacity as your business grows
- Minimize Business Downtime: If a cart malfunctions,
it can be quickly and easily removed so as not to stop normal
operations. The cart would be repaired off-line and
returned when fully operational. The impact the throughput
capacity would be minimal.
