PAS/EDGE Customer Service Programs
This Customer Driven Maintenance program was inspired by the
Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) process. PAS/EDGE
offers maintenance programs that are completely unique in the
material handling industry. The essence of PAS/EDGE is to
provide the most comprehensive maintenance programs available.
The two PAS/EGDE program levels are:
Level I –provides 24/7 support and access for the customer
portal and emergency service.
Level II – provides system monitoring and preventative
maintenance in addition to Level I.
Customer Training
We
provide a full complement of training courses from on-site
operational and maintenance training, to virtual on-line
training, to off-site training at our facility.
Parts
Our replacement parts are competitively priced and stocked
in-house with nearly all parts available for shipment within 24
hours, and expedited shipping is also available. |
