Customer Service Portal
This is the window into all of your customer service items. Whether you are tracking an incident, looking for information about your system or need to find the tracking number for your parts, it will all be here when you need it.

PAS/EDGE Customer Service Programs
This Customer Driven Maintenance program was inspired by the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) process. PAS/EDGE offers maintenance programs that are completely unique in the material handling industry. The essence of PAS/EDGE is to provide the most comprehensive maintenance programs available.

The two PAS/EGDE program levels are:

Level I –provides 24/7 support and access for the customer portal and emergency service.

Level II – provides system monitoring and preventative maintenance in addition to Level I.

Customer Training
We provide a full complement of training courses from on-site operational and maintenance training, to virtual on-line training, to off-site training at our facility.

Parts
Our replacement parts are competitively priced and stocked in-house with nearly all parts available for shipment within 24 hours, and expedited shipping is also available.
