PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION SERVICE

Power Automation Systems is a full-service solution provider. We work with our customers from the initial data-gathering phase through the project implementation phase, and afterwards, to support our customer’s needs.
During the Project Implementation Phase, the Power Automation Systems team is comprised of:

A dedicated Project Manager
A seasoned team of Mechanical, Electrical and Software Engineers
An experienced Installation Supervisor
Trained Mechanical and Electrical Installation Crews

The Project Manager is the main contact and coordinator of activities and schedules with our customer and our internal resources. The Project Manager will take full control of the project and work with our customer to ensure that the system is delivered on time, on budget and with as little effort from our customer as possible.
