Maintenance and Troubleshooting

PAS automated pallet handling technologies are equipped with an array of sensors providing constant feedback to PowerWCS™ about the performance of each component.  The software tracks how many hours of uptime each component has since it was last serviced, the components current location, operational status and amount of work accomplished during a designated time period.

When it is time to perform standard maintenance on an Aisle or Row cart, for example, PowerWCS™ will notify the operator via our PASEdge™ maintenance and service software, which cart needs maintenance and the nature of the maintenance that needs to be performed.

If a problem occurs anywhere in the system, your operator is not left in the dark guessing why a pallet movement request has not been fulfilled. Instead, before the operator knows that a problem has occurred PowerWCS™ will alert them with the location of the component and the nature of the problem it is currently experiencing.
