Gravity Conveyors

PAS' PowerStage™ uses gravity conveyors to stage outgoing pallets for trucks. A Supply System Cart (SSC) will take its load and align with a gravity conveyor as it passes it on the PowerStage™.

With just enough force, the pallet will be pushed onto the inclined gravity conveyors. The "frictionless" wheels of the gravity conveyors then allow the pallet to travel down to the end of the incline where the pallet is safely stopped and ready for loading into the next available truck.
