PowerWCS™ applied to PowerStage™

PowerWCS™ is the warehouse control system (WCS) software that drives the function and performance of PAS’ automated pallet handling technologies.  Designed with high performance and reliability in mind, PAS PowerWCS incorporates a flexible .Net framework with an SQL database that can be used in conjunction with our customers’ existing inventory tracing systems to allow for easy, efficient use of PAS systems.

PowerWCS can stand-a-lone or be connected to the customer’s business computer system to coordinate functional requirements in optimizing business operations

PowerWCS controls equipment components, through PLC technology, to ensure the best performance of individual components as well as the overall system.  Any type of equipment component that can be incorporated into a PowerStage system layout including: conveyors, AGVs (automated guided vehicle) , palletizers, robotic systems, stretch wrap equipment, profile stations, pallet lifts, automatic truck loading systems, pallet layer build systems , etc.– can be controlled and monitored through PowerWCS™.

PowerWCS equipment control functions work in tandem with PowerWCS inventory functions to ensure the correct pallet movements. This communication facilitates an effective use of all equipment within the system to achieve the inventory management goals of your facility.
