PROJECT MANAGEMENT CLASSIC APPROACH

The text book approach to projects can be broken down into 4 generic but separate and distinct phases and steps.

PHASE I PHASE II PHASE III PHASE IV
Determine Objectives  Write specifications  Monitor performance  Deliver output
Select strategy  Develop schedule Take Corrective action  Wrap up admin details
Develop budget Provide feedback Evaluate the experience
    Negotiate materials, supplies, services
    Resolve differences

PAS PROJECT MANAGEMENT UNIQUE APPROACH

PAS applies the text book approach but adapts it to the reality that projects are alive with constant changing variation. PAS manages and resolves variations so that the project doesn’t miss deadlines, won’t have a cost overrun and/or never delivers a quality level that disappoints the customer.
